Do you work on contingency?

• Our fees are not contingency-based, but rather based on the hours required to do their work. Additionally, we are members of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and are precluded from working on a contingency basis.

Do you guarantee that we will receive funding?

• No one can guarantee that you will receive funding; however using a professional grant writing firm with a proven track record will definitely heighten your agencies chances for success.

How long does it normally take before we receive funding?

• Under normal circumstances, most foundations will notify you that you have been selected within 30-60 days.  A number of foundations meet on either a monthly or quarterly basis to make funding decisions.  Federal grants usually publish the expected notification date within the funding notice and can run between 30 – 120 days.

What is your track record in successfully soliciting funding?

• We have over 25 years of grant writing experience and collectively as a group over 100 years of successfully funded grants.  We have a funding rate of approximately 94% success rate with federal grants and 80% success rate with foundation/corporate grants (which is considered quite high for the industry).
